干性润滑涂层是什么?

干性润滑涂层或减摩涂层能够在各种材料和零部件上形成均匀干燥的低摩擦润滑层。

干性润滑涂层的成分与彩色涂料相似,只是使用的不是颜料,而是一种或数种固体润滑剂。  低摩擦干性润滑涂层的重要成分有:

固体润滑剂:聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、二硫化钼(MoS2)、氮化硼、石墨或不同固体润滑剂的组合。

粘合剂:有机或无机,包含1或2种成分

溶剂:有机溶剂或水

因为是干性润滑,所以附着力强

干性润滑一直都非常适合需要干净的全寿命润滑剂的工业应用。干性润滑涂层还可用于超低温或超过300 °C的超高温。
